The Regulations on announcement and protection of strictly protected and protected wild animal, plants and fungi species is brought. Considering that the Regulation of nature rarities protection stopped to be valid, these secondary documents regulate the sphere of biodiversity protection in Serbia.

Besides this, in the Official Gazette of RS no. 5/10, on 5th February 2010, the rule book on determination of adapted fee amounts for environment pollution is published.
